The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were uncomfortable due to ongoing construction, there was a long wait despite being told to wait only 10 minutes, and the staff seemed ill-equipped to assist guests. Moreover, my non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. On the positive side, the staff were somewhat helpful and professional, but the laundry service could have been better.
